Nick also gives us a health update. After finally shaking off the previous round of ailments, he’s somehow managed to pick up another illness and even pop a rib in the process. Safe to say it’s been an eventful few weeks on the Metzger side.

This week’s Everyday Life episode finally sees us sitting down for a long-overdue catch-up.
Nick somehow gamer-fied his upper respiratory infection, upgraded it to full-blown pneumonia, and briefly lost his voice altogether. Achievement unlocked… unfortunately. 🎮🤒 He’s on the mend now, still sounding a little rough around the edges, but recovering well.
Sean’s been juggling collecting his dad from hospital, work, and all the usual life admin that seems to pile up when you least expect it.
So this one’s exactly what it needed to be: no agenda, no big topic, just two dads chatting through everything we’ve been up to since we last spoke, easing back into the rhythm, and enjoying being back behind the mic together.
